1) Cessation of CashCard Online Payment Services (COPS) in BizFile w.e.f 1 Jul 2013

 

With effect from 1 Jul 2013, the CashCard Online Payment Services (COPS) will cease to be an available mode of payment for BizFile transactions. NETS which is the service provider for COPS, is discontinuing the services. For more details, please click here.

 

2) Building Names Update

ACRA will now auto-update the new building names from SingPost. Click here for the list of affected building names.

3) Registration by Foreigners

Foreigners who wish to be present in Singapore to manage their businesses must first seek proper approval from the Ministry of Manpower before they register the business.
